These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Lumryn governing your use of the Lumryn app. By downloading, installing, or otherwise using it, you accept these Terms. Do not use Lumryn if you do not agree to them.
1. The application
Lumryn is an iOS application that may provide network utilities, connection-related tools, privacy-oriented features, and optional subscription access. We may make changes to features, their availability, supported devices, or the service itself over time.
2. Eligibility and account security
You may use Lumryn only if you meet the minimum age and other eligibility conditions applicable in your location and under Apple App Store rules. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and any app account credentials secure. Please contact apps@apelsinforsearch.com if you believe access has been used without your permission.
3. Paid access
Certain Lumryn features may require a subscription. Purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system, and Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm the transaction. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, a subscription renews automatically.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Apple controls refund decisions under its App Store policies, including requests made at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, trials, promotional terms, plans, and billing periods can differ by storefront and may be changed.
4. Appropriate use
You agree not to use Lumryn to break applicable law, interfere with the app or a network, access systems without authorization, circumvent security measures, spread malware or unsolicited content, misuse privacy or connection functions, or infringe another party's rights. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.
5. Intellectual property
Lumryn's software, user interface, graphics, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Lumryn. Other than rights granted by mandatory law, you may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the app.
6. Service disclaimers and limits
Lumryn is offered on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, complete security, or freedom from defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages connected with the app or the inability to use it.
7. Privacy, termination, and updates
Our Lumryn Privacy Policy applies alongside these Terms, as do the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer-protection laws. You may stop using Lumryn whenever you choose; subscriptions must be canceled in Apple settings. We can update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new date.
